Team Leader Applicants Qualifications - At Least Three-Year Restaurant Experience 

Available Full Time (Available Days, Nights, + Weekends) 

Starting Rate: $17/hour + Benefits

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Be Positive + Friendly + Proud! As a Tallulah’s Team Leader, you will learn as you grow – training on every station while increasing your responsibility and pay.  You will earn various certifications along the way as you grow into a Supervisor at your own pace!

Other responsibilities of a Team Leader include:

• Food prep, cooking, and cleaning (BOH Team Member)
• Delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests
• Balancing high volume with high quality
• Participating in ongoing training and development
• Training New Team Members
• Assisting Supervisors in each restaurant regarding operations - policies 
• Be able to multi-task
• Ability to be accountable, reliable, and maintain professional service each day
• Enjoy Serving Guests and Guiding Team Members
• Ability to maintaining a positive culture while implementing policy and structure for a good service with your team

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 

• Previous fast paced customer service jobs 
• Expediting Experience a Plus for both FOH + BOH Positions 
• Cooks- Previous Experience a Plus, however, we can teach you
• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities
• Ability to work at Full Time including days/nights + weekends
• Ability to be able to commute to all stores as you will be scheduled at all stores throughout the week
• Solid References
• Must be able to lift 30lb.

Our Carnitas Taco started it all, selling at the Farmers Markets, many Festivals throughout Rhode Island, private events, a summer shack for many years, and we continue to grow.
